Entendant que tout ce que le dit sieur Charles BLACK aura fait dans les limites de la présente  procuration, est d'ores et déjà ratifié.

Before me, Attorney Jean-Jacques Leblanc, a notary public in and for the city of Port-au-Prince, identified, registered and commissioned under numbers 406-38-660, A-510842 and A-0082475, undersigned, personally came and appeared Mr. Peter Johnson, a home owner, residing and domiciled in Port-au-Prince, bearer of ID card No. 002-828-316-5, who has  stated that he is hereby giving special powers to Mr. Charles Black, a Canadian citizen,  residing in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, to personally take care of everything that concerns his  son, the minor Walter Johnson, as regards lodging, meals, school attendance, and education. Be  it understood that everything that the aforementioned Mr. Charles Black might do within the  framework of these special powers is already confirmed.

These presents have been recorded in our office, at rue de l'Église, on the thirteenth day of  April nineteen hundred and ninety-seven, and we have signed them together with the appearing  party. Therefore, we sign this very moment. Peter Johnson, Attorney Jean-Jacques Leblanc,  Notary Public.
